Born in Yakushima, Kagoshima prefecture Japan 1972 Arts work in Russia, Europe, Africa and Spain. 1976 Started building Spanish style private museum "MUSEO DE ARTE CONTEMPORANEO DE SEISHI"(SEISHI NAKAMOTO PRIVATE MUSEUM) in Sendai Japan by himself as his art work and completed it. 1980 "Art Festival in Sendai" Japan Art works were mainly done at a studio in New York. 1986 "Individual Exhibition" was held in cities of Japan, U.S.A, Canada and Spain. There are a lot of his works sent to various exhibitions. 1996. May Formation of a malignant cerebral tumor 2000 April. 3 He died.
